AUTHORITIES: The information is sought pursuant to the Mutual Educational and Cultural Exchange Act of 1961, 5 U.S.C. 301 2651a and 22 U.S.C. 3921.

PURPOSE: The information solicited on this form will be used to process users' requests for access to the Department of State Exchange Programs Alumni website (International Exchange Alumni). The information furnished may also be used to verify a user's status or participation in a program, to connect alumni with other alumni, to aid embassy staff in their alumni outreach, to advise former and current exchange participants of program opportunities, and for general statistical use within the Department of State.

ROUTINE USES: The information on this form maybe shared with overseas counterparts offices or agencies of the United States government or field personnel in selected countries to ensure proper operation of the Exchange Programs Alumni website (International Exchange Alumni). The information may also be made available to other registrants of the website where a user has explicitly chosen to display his or her profile to other website users.
