On April 26, 2013, British Olympic Rowing Gold Medalist Katherine Grainger helped celebrate the launch of the Scottish chapter of the John Adams Society (JAS), the UK’s IVLP alumni association, at the Royal Society of Edinburgh.
On International Women's Day, Aneesa Ahmed became the second alumna of the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program to win an award bestowed on only 46 women since its inception in 2007.
