In celebration of Pride Month, the U.S. Department of State hosted a panel discussion with international exchange alumni of three Depart of State-sponsored programs: the Fulbright Programs the Gilman Scholarship, and the National Security Language Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y). The panelists discuss their experiences as LGBTI exchange program participants in Barbados, Turkey, and Russia.
