Daily analysis of monitoring alerts, focusing on immediate action in case of reduction of approval rate
Proactive performance with commercial teams, engineering and fraud prevention.
Constant monitoring of all pillars of approval rates with a focus on MERCHANT: approval of acquirers, issuers, BINs, products and divisions: CVV, Card Verify Pre Auth and others
Constant evaluation of merchants' checkouts, focusing on identifying UX improvements that result in increased approval rates
Analyze the impact of business rules on merchants results with a focus on implementing improvements
Conduct periodic schedules with merchants, with a focus on presenting key results, improvement opportunities and action plans
Monitoring of approval rates on a daily/Weekly/Monthly basis
Producing Insights based on past performance
Improve future performance by coming up with strategies
Ensure all merchant KPIs met through these strategies

Citizen Diplomacy Action Fund for U.S. Alumni Funding Guidelines & Template Instructions You will submit 1) an itemized budget and 2) a budget narrative describing the purpose of the proposed costs and any sources of cost share. Use the provided template to submit your itemized budget. You will provide the budget narrative to justify expenses in the application. Recipients of Citizen Diplomacy Action Fund grants will be responsible for reporting expenses covered by the grant to Partners of the Americas. How do I fill out the itemized budget template? List all costs associated with your project in the appropriate categories of the budget template. Items/activities valued at $200 or more must be included in the itemized budget. Keep the following in mind when developing your budget:  All costs should be reasonable and relevant to the project.  If your project includes costs that are not allowed by the Citizen Diplomacy Action Fund guidelines, you must clearly indicate how these expenses will be covered by cost share.  All costs must be reported in U.S. dollars and a unit cost breakdown should be provided wherever possible.  The template includes formulas to automatically calculate totals for you.
