The European Network of American Alumni Associations (ENAM), a network of member alumni associations across Europe and Eurasia, recently held elections for its Board of Directors.
Inspired by his International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) volunteering experiences while in the United States, Jhonatan José Rodríguez Parra applied the knowledge and insight he gained to implement new strategies for HIV education and prevention through his organization “Stop VIH” (Spanish acronym for HIV).

Inspired by her IVLP exchange experience and hoping to share it with other aspiring entrepreneurs in Portugal, Sandra Correia launched “A New Beginning for Portugal” (ANBFP) two years after her return.

They have founded organizations that fight for food security, promote rural development and protect the local environment. They have held government positions, worked as reporters and given university lectures. And they are all younger than 35.

ENAM alumni from Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Italy, Estonia, Ireland, Hungary, Georgia, Romania, Montenegro, Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan along with Lithuanian professionals working in the fields of law, IT, finance, business, academia, and politicians and senior civil servants gathered to discuss important cybersecurity challenges and ideas on how to make cyberspace resilient for businesses, individuals and governments across borders.
