We had our first annual teacher training workshop in Yola, Adamawa state on June 2,2018 and currently planning another one in Bauchi State on July 14,2018. "ITEL" I Teach English Language is an English language teacher training and leadership opportunity for teachers to gain valuable classroom experiences while also advancing their careers.
Now more than ever, teachers in North East Nigeria require adequate training to tackle existing the education challenges that has gripped the region for decades. For many teachers, the opportunities for professional development are limited and this impacts their productivity in the classroom. We support these teachers by providing free and enriching professional development opportunities, so teachers can keep up with innovating teaching approaches.
